Another great product from V&H!

This is Vance & Hines, what else can you expect but a great product? I watched Ryan Urlacher's (legal biker) installation video on YouTube when he installed this on one of his bikes. The installation seems to have taken quite a while, most likely due to video recording and something else. When I went to install mine I expected it to take some time. I was wrong. It took a maximum of 30 minutes from opening the box and installing to starting and finishing, and I drove and enjoyed the performance…

Not endorsed by Vance & Hines

Bought this lathe for my 2016 Ultra Limited. Installed according to the instructions and the bike ran very well. I tried another map, the bike performed worse. Went back to the first map and the bike started popping and popping under braking. I've tried contacting tech support so many times I've lost count. I sent emails, tried the chat feature and was on hold for a total of 2 hours. Not a single answer and not a single person was found. I'm fed up with the autotune feature and the device never

I can't believe it was that easy

I'm not a skeptic but a realist and when I hear people say 'that was easy' I want to see it for myself. I can say that it literally took me longer to remove the seat than to flash the bike. The user guide is literally 8 quick and easy steps and all you have to do is follow the instructions. You have to download the updated firmware, which was probably the longest part, but after that it's just 1, 2, 3 and you're done. My bike kept jerking under braking and sometimes between gears. After…

Vance & Hines defines customer service

The Fuelpak I received just synced to an old Android phone I had laying around. I contacted Vance & Hines support and they were very patient and polite in resolving the issue. When they determined that the Fuelpak was indeed causing the problem, they gave me a new Fuelpak with my stock card already installed. This was remarkable as I called them at 4pm and had a new Fuelpak in my hands the next day at noon! The new one synced right away with no issues. I have a long history with V&H as this is…

Easy to install and use, works well

Easy to install. Everything looks fine with the setup, was idling, revs were accurate as was engine temp. I have a 2017 Road Glide that only has pads installed. With the first tune, the bike sounds better when idling and in gears. It seems a little faster but I don't care, it's a touring bike, not a Hayabusa. Mileage has improved. During my usual commute to work when I come back I have about 90 miles to empty, but this time I had 112 to empty. I'm currently doing an autotune to see if it…

Great product to improve the basic performance of your motorcycle

Before making this purchase I only considered two options which I think are the "best way" when it comes to tuning a modern Harley . The best choice is TTS from Mastertune. and Vance & Hines FP3. Although I haven't had either of these orders, both seem very satisfactory to end users based on all the positive reviews. My choice would be TTS. However, my path required a simple, user-friendly (read, no computer/laptop), modest increase in power/response/performance with a stock engine and stock…

This is the best money I've invested in my bike!

As the name suggests, this is the best purchase I've made for the Ole Street Glide. I know $400 is a lot of money but for what you get it's a good investment. Installation couldn't be easier. Make sure the keys are on or near the bike as you will need to turn it on and off multiple times. It takes about eight to ten minutes to download the program and another six to eight minutes to download the map of your choice. Vance and Hines even list everything known to man about exhaust gases. I have a…
