The lighter only lasted 5 months and then broke completely. It is fully charged but nothing happens when I press the power button. Don't order that

I like the convenience of not having to change lighters after "every so many" lights up, but I can't get that many lights out of a single charge, so I'm finding that I charge this product frequently. Saving $$ I suppose, but constantly charging is impractical. I thought it would be more practical.

Cool and good for lighting candles. It could be a safety feature, but often when I try to use it multiple times in a row I have to close the lid over the button before it works. A spark is created between two points that are so close together that it is difficult to light anything wider than a candle wick. The battery doesn't seem to last long.

Always on the lookout for matches, a lighter, or a lighter that has run out of fluid. I never run out of energy with this rechargeable USB lighter. I haven't recharged yet and I still light 4-5 candles a day. Not sure about the battery life yet, still runs at the power it came with. There's also no more burnt fingers as the stem flexes to light the candle in an upright position.

Not dramatic but I'm pretty sure this lighter damaged my eardrum. The painful high pitched noise it makes when lit has given me ringing and tinnitus pain for the past 30 minutes since lighting the candle and it gave me an instant headache. I'm not the type to leave negative feedback, but I couldn't find a way to contact the seller to discuss this unacceptable manufacturing defect. I will never use this item again.

IT'S SO GORGEOUS! It does however make a high pitched sound when turned on which I can't hear but my dogs and 10 year old daughter definitely can! My daughter said it was a painful, ultra-high pitched sound that pierced her ears and made her wince. I can swing in the living room and she's in the kitchen not knowing I'm doing it and she's yelling at me to stop. My dogs react every time too. barking and tilting their heads so they can definitely hear him.

works of course as described. But the noise this thing makes is actually pretty painful for humans, not just your pets. The high frequency of it harms everyone in the room when used, not to mention how scary it scares my cats. The unfortunate combination of these is that it takes a very long time to make things glow. This means you are forced to listen to this painful frequency for far longer than you would like to light a candle. All in all there are much better electric lighters out there and

After lying around for about a month after repeated use, it either does not accept a charge or the switch is defective. Or both. Doesn't work, in other words. Too bad it's a cool way to light a candle. Note: candle, not candles, in my experience.
