Ventura 389999 Dress Guard Black Review

The main disadvantage is that this 2 piece set has to be on the left and right side of the tire but both pieces are identical - haven't fitted them to the bike yet but it seems there could be a problem , so the straps at the top of the guard go in the same direction. They are flexible and suggest we can bend a set in the opposite direction, but that seems very cheap. I will update my review and add photos after attaching.

I picked it up at my door first and found it remarkably light. I felt it and yes it was exactly the product I ordered and then I opened it. I didn't read the black plastic part in the description (bad for me) so I won't be returning it, but this thing should sell for around $2. It has very small very cheap looking zip tie mounts and 2 cheap looking springs. This is very poor quality and I regret ever buying it. Next time I will order from a local bike shop.

These fenders (like all fenders I've seen) need to be fitted in pairs over the rear fender. The photo shows there may be clips that attach directly to the fender, but they are actually straps to attach two shields together through the top of the fender. The plastic is quite stiff, so using a small spring and hook assembly to attach to seatstays or underside dropouts is almost overkill.
