🦾 Venum Kontact Elbow Guard Review

They are good. They are durable, comfortable and relatively inexpensive. You need a pair when you're making hits. Padding isn't thick, but dense, elbows aren't likely to get punctured.

Suitable for clinches. The padding is thick enough that my partners don't hurt themselves when I elbow them in the forehead, but they move and I often have to pause to correct them. Sometimes that can be annoying.

These elbow pads are fine. They are not very comfortable and are a little tight, making it uncomfortable to hold your arms up during sparring. Velcro straps are useless, luckily they tear off very easily. But I think it's better than no pads at all. They are not made in Thailand like other Venum products and are of much lower quality than Venum gloves and shin guards. With all of that, they're about on par with most other elbow pads I've seen.

Got these elbow pads a few weeks ago. I'm happy to be with them. They work well, feel good and are nice and light too. I got them to replace the uncomfortable hard elbow pads I bought at my local sporting goods store. Use them to ride the 1000w 52lb big boy electric scooter (adult). I think they will provide decent protection if I fall. They only have to work once and seem hard enough for it. Would buy them again. No complaints.

These are very good well made elbow pads. In the photo they look like hard plastic, but feel more like hard cardboard with a fabric cover. I personally like the materials on the outside and inside of the elbow. Love the hole cut out to relieve pressure on the inside of the elbow. And fits perfectly, no complaints. My only complaint is that the inside isn't soft enough for my needs. I wish there was a good layer of foam rubber or even cotton between the treadboard and the fabric cover. There's…
