I bought this griddle with high expectations and so far it’s been winner. I believe it does the job very well and it’s easy to clean. Please follow the recommendations off the instructions and you will enjoy the results.

This has been a great investment thus far. Living in the northeast the winters can be brutal and it is nice to be able to have the option to grill indoors and still enjoy our favorite dishes. So far we have grilled salmon, steak, chicken, and burgers. It seems to heat evenly and cooks well overall. The only setback is that the corners are cut off on two corners for the drippings and that makes it not fit over my burners front to back so I either have to put the griddle over one burner and lose cooking space or have the griddle sit crooked on my stove due to the type of surface I have on my stove. Would be helpful with actual size from the inside cut corners for stoves with different sized grates.If they had a slightly larger version of this I would purchase one for each side of my stove…

So much easier than a frying pan for so many things - burgers & buns, pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches.I used over 2 gas burners. So far has been absolutely non-stick and easy to clean by hand. I think it's supposed to be dishwasher safe, but I'll continue washing by hand to make it last longer.

This does exactly what I wanted it to do. What more can you ask?Cooks meats to perfection, and cleans up quickly after. May be difficult to cook certain types of food thoroughly.

As ordered, as described. Like the cast aluminum vs iron. Good looking pancakes. Haven't used griddle yet, but should perform well.

It's thinner and lighter than the descriptions, tried fried egg and the non-stick surface didn't work as expected Thanks for attention.

Love this griddle. Easy to clean, evenly distributed heat that cooks great. So much better than dealing with an electric griddle. It’s a must for any home!

Used it the other day while car camping with an induction stove. I cooked Korean bbq at 360 degree heat and it was easy to just take a paper towel and wipe off the slightly burnt marinade before starting a new batch.I also cooked scrambled eggs on it the next morning and the egg easily came off the pan without much oil. Now i'm looking into their other non-stick product offerings.
