This is a great price for a very good product, it requires some force to open the drawer but works as intended and is easy to install

Very good strong stitching, used to replace existing drawer slides that were not self closing perfect replacement. But very difficult to open, the 7 year old girl had everything she could to open it. Good for the shop but not for the home.

I installed 6 sets of these slides. I make 2 bedside tables. I haven't even gotten to the coloring process, and the bottom set of foils are broken. The cheap plastic self-close broke on the rails and wouldn't even let the drawer close. I've learned my lesson and will buy better slides in the future. Oh yes, the set supplied as a replacement does not close by itself.

Asked a man to install this. The first came and part of the locking mechanism was missing, then it was replaced, it seems normal. But it is not fixed at the back and therefore moves from side to side. But whatever this guy does is never straight forward, soft closes don't work and trash cans never close. The only good thing is that the trash cans no longer make a loud bang when closing (probably because they don't actually close).

I'm changing all the guides in the kitchen. I need to fix 4 boxes out of 10 and already have 2 bad sets on the slides. One slide in one of the drawers won't stay in place and cannot be used, and the other slide in the other drawer (in a different packaging) has a non-working soft-close mechanism. I think you get what you pay for. I won't buy it again and now I have to buy something else to replace these. Two stars for Revain's fast delivery and for the package being in perfect condition.

They are almost unusable so difficult to open. I have handles on all my drawers, no real handle. I can't enter boxes without using both hands, making them useless. I've also had a few rails break at less than rated weight. the box is empty (now it weighs nothing). Each ball bearing fell out of one of the interchangeable rails as soon as the box was slid open. You get what you pay for here I think.

After reading the reviews I thought I had found some decent quality slides. I ordered a pack of 10 pairs. 4 pairs installed, all failed. Drawers didn't quite move. And yes, they installed correctly. After they were all disassembled and examined, it turned out that the plastic that was supposed to stick to the soft part of the thruster didn't stick to it. It gets stuck quite a bit and you either have to force it in and break it, or just leave the drawer open. 4 more installed, same problem…

I have no claims against this company so please note that this review is not based on poor customer service or personal experience. Dissatisfaction of any kind. This also applies to all side drawers with soft close (I tried several brands). I'm also quite a practical person; I've built my own cabinets and furniture and have a lot of building experience, so it's not based on a newbie "trying too hard" on a project. These side rails are simply imperfect in nature. They are INCREDIBLY difficult…
