Not the best glue, had to use a dab of super glue to keep it in place, quite difficult to remove the adhesive backing without the reflective part to remove. But it works. Although for the price I can't fret. I have used it on my rods and it helps to see which ones are being bitten at night.

The product came at the right time, the clutch is perfect for the weather and works great when I'm driving my bike at high speed, it's thick enough to be noticed and very easy to install. I really wish it was a little more reflective when it gets bright, but overall it's great. What is it for.

The reflective paint layer does not adhere well to the adhesive layer, causing the reflective paint to peel off. Adhesive tape does not stick well and peels off easily. This happens even if you don't use it. My item is stored indoors and after a few weeks just from rubbing against other items as it's being moved across the shelf it is peeling and losing adhesion.

This tape looks great on the outside. Unfortunately the reflective part of the tape is plastic on double sided tape. If you try to separate two layers, the reflective plastic part of the strip may curl up and not stick to the tape. This material differs from the reflective foil strips used on cars and trucks. It may be good for crafting, but I don't think it can withstand the elements. I sent it back personally.

I put this on a metal gate in a rural residential area. The gate is about 50ft from the freeway in a dark place and it's pretty hard to see until you reach it so I tried putting this reflective tape around the perimeter to make it more visible at night. Remove with an old towel, then wipe the application area with alcohol. After waiting a few minutes to make sure it was dry, I removed the tape and attached it.
