The price is high, but considering the high refresh rate and the combination of gsync, the price is fair. The lack of dropped frames means everything is clear. DisplayPort is not working on my monitor. This monitor has a DisplayPort, so if it fails, 240 Hz cannot be reached. Contacted ViewSonic regarding warranty. The exchange was at my expense (about $50). This is a good monitor. The footrest adjusts up and down and side to side for your comfort. Although I'm not a gamer, it works well with medium stuff and the color resolution is excellent. The only complaint is that it turns on forever.

I bought this 240hz gsync monitor to mainly play FPS games. Playing at that many frames per second offers a huge benefit. When the characters move, everything is smooth and they don't teleport when you're in melee combat. If you love competitive gaming or want to take advantage of PC gaming, buy this monitor. Colors look great for a TN panel and this is one of the cheapest 240Hz gsync monitors out there.

Really good monitor. Easy to connect, no glare, no reflection, high definition, large, more than large enough. Two experienced gamers think it's a great monitor, but their only negative comment is that it gets dirty easily.

The display port of the monitor failed after a few days of use. The monitor also turns itself off. I should also mention that the picture quality is terrible and there is a lot of backlighting on this display. All of this is what you should expect from crappy brands like ViewSonic. First and last product I will ever buy from them. Don't make the same mistake I did.
