Visual Worlds Professional : Best Solution for Order Entry in Accounting

We are utilizing VW software across numerous companies (both B2C/B3). This is by FAR my favorite platform out there currently! Customer service - it literally takes 1 call from an account manager at VWP support team or via chat feature during business hours any time day-to;y week. There really isn't too much I dislike aside that they have some minor quirks when uploading documents but as long we know who's going through files etc its not major issue unless you're doing them all manually…

Pros
  • Easy to navigate
  • Very user friendly, intuitive interface with great customer care behind helpdesk / internal staffing
  • Great variety in features for various needs including shipping &amp tracking systems integration + other modules available
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
