Worked right out of the box.

Bought to replace the missing remote control. I was afraid it might not work. but it worked right out of the package. I am happy with my purchase but am deducting a star because the battery compartment was a little difficult to find and then a little difficult to open. I would recommend this remote to anyone who needs a replacement remote for their Vizio Smart TV.

It's good that it worked for a month, then it stopped. Lucky Star not responding to honor guarantee

Bought for a Vizo TV. It worked right out of the box, no programming required. Worked for a little over 30 days then broke. It was useless. Emailed to Lucky Star Inc. Subject to a 1 year warranty. Lucky Star did not reply to the email. Terrible remote control. Terrible service. Now I'm ordering another remote control from another company. I think you buy this product by simply rolling the dice.

It just works. on remotes and accessories

I was previously given another replacement remote and it worked for a few days before it broke down. But this one seems to be much better. So far this works quite well. It might also help to note that this is for a much older Vizio TV model (it's the VM230XVT model). So old that it's not even listed as one that this works with. But it is so. Of course, the Revain buttons, Netflix, etc. aren't needed on this TV, but it does all the basics.

It works - once you find the battery compartment

This works for older non-smart Visio. And it worked with no configuration required. As others have noted, it doesn't feel durable so it may not last very long. Then there's the mysterious battery compartment. It would definitely help if there were instructions on how to find him. But once you figure out where it is, it's easy. Great replacement for Vizio
