These key chains are of very good quality. I have a scanner that allows key programming, but programming new keys requires a PIN associated with the VIN number. To get this information you need to register the car with the dealer with the right ID and he will give you this code, otherwise you will need either the dealer to program the key or a locksmith with this skill.
