1st received and does not fit at all, called company they said send us a look. I will say their customer service is amazing. I got it back with notes that everything was fine so I plugged everything in and it connected straight away. I was happy, but then we went camping last weekend. The image was of very poor quality and was greatly slowed down. It lost signal literally every 15 seconds, even when reversing and driving slowly. I will not pay $420 for this quality, I want something that works.

My comments relate solely to the camera setup steps I followed: lit. 3. On the monitor, press and hold the camera setting button for 5 seconds and connect the 7-pin RV connector to your car. 4. Your camera should now be fully configured for your monitor. These steps do not need to be repeated! Your camera should automatically sync every time you turn on your car headlights. I really like this system. Very easy and quick to connect, connects easily and works like a charm. The video monitor is junk and it looks like it was made very cheaply because it is. you will want to use this camera system. The factory pre-assembled adapter was not manufactured correctly. The power contacts in the adapter are opposite of what they should be. I installed two of these on my trailer and none of them worked. I ended up calling my dealer who told me the factory pre-wired system was the culprit.
