I have to say the only BAD review I've read was about the instructions for taking this product. As directed, take 1-2 initially, then up to 2 on an empty stomach AND another 1-2 capsules 7 hours later. NO! I would suggest just taking a PERIOD. I only looked once a day on an empty stomach.
