Easy to apply, beautiful appearance, high quality

Used as an accent on a car. Easy to apply, cut etc. Stays on wash after wash. I had another car but took it off, painted it with no problems.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Low maintenance

Good for the price in vinyl wrap

It was a great vinyl except almost 25% of it was unusable due to damage when I received it Collapsible for shipping apart from that that it's a great vinyl and easy to work with I would buy it again if needed

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not bad but...

The reel arrived damaged.

The reel was damaged on both ends and had 2 cuts down the middle that went down several layers rendering several feet completely unusable. The box it came in was undamaged so I can only assume it was damaged before it was shipped but it was shipped anyway.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Something different

Great for overlays

I love the gold fretboards on my guitars. At $50 apiece, it got expensive. I thought I would see what this film looks like no more than it costs. It looks great and was easy to put on. It has the perfect color and matte finish like the gold anodized fender liner. If I want a change, I can just take it off. two thumbs up

Pros
  • Absolutely stunning!
Cons
  • Nothing

This vinyl is thinner than I thought it would be. However, it forms very well and I really liked the finished look. I've used a vinyl cutter to cut CD size projects and it didn't require any extra effort to use. I would recommend if you are looking for low gloss gold. It looked great on the DDJ for the wedding.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • expensive

DO NOT BUY METAL/MATT FINISH

I've used ViVid vinyl for a lot of things in the past and never had a ton of crazy problems. I wish there was a clear warning before I buy any ViVid "matte metallic" film. Even a LIGHT scratch from a nail is clearly visible on the foil. So you can imagine what it looked like after installation on the whole project. Even using a tool with a felt edge to remove the bubbles will visually damage the film. Had I known this was a major issue I would have gone for a glossy or glossy finish. And Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
