I have never snorkeled before. I swim at least 1km three times a week in a lap pool. I do this to build up my knees and use short fins. This whistle was recommended to me by the lifeguard on Y. And he was right. Soft, pliable, let water through if you get some in and has a valve at the top to keep water out if you go too deep. And I know it works. This is a very comfortable hose to use.

I swim about 2 times a week. I bought this snorkel to relieve my neck pain while swimming. It worked! It easily adjusts to your head and the mouthpiece fits perfectly. One piece of advice I would give is that you MUST use a nose plug when using a snorkel with goggles. I don't know this and paid the price due to some sinus issues. If you use a mask, no fork is needed.

This is a fantastic snorkel. I was swimming in a pool with a snorkel and mask meant for general snorkeling and the heavier and side breathing seemed to slow me down in the pool. It is a perfectly streamlined hose for use with goggles and nose plugs. I previously bought a less adjustable one and returned it as this was much better in design. I bought this product because I wanted to continue doing flip turns with the tube. I used a Finis snorkel but found it difficult to hold the water after the turn. With practice, I was able to keep the water out of the Finis snorkel (and nose), but each backflip twist was a bit of an effort. The Wacool product solved this problem. Always swim with a snorkel - this one is the best: I've tried several brands of snorkels and put about 150-200 miles a year on each one. Wow, this snorkel changed my swimming! I can swim, breathe without neck pain and this exercise is more comfortable and even meditative as I only hear the sound of breathing. It may look a bit silly and no Olympic swimmer would wear it, but it makes a huge difference to me. The only downside is that you can't swipe it backwards or sideways, so I just plan my training moves accordingly. With all the improvements in swimming pleasure, this is my recommendation and I wouldn't swim on my lap without
