Gentle braking.

These Wagner brake pads fit perfectly. They came with all the gaskets and stuff for a great and easy install. I've used them with the new Raybestos rotors and now my Jeep Wrangler has a nice smooth stop with no vibration. When I get more miles on these pads I will update my review.

Works well. I love a smooth ride

Fit in my son's 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. They replaced the original pads that squeaked horribly when stopped. These pads did their job. We followed the instructions to the letter, using spacer clips where necessary to keep the distance between the edges of the caliper within spec. (We didn't need a clamp on all the pads). We applied some caliper grease and installed them with some serious damage after installation. He's been using them for over a month and the squeaking is gone. It was an easy…

Two right inside one left outside one right outside Fixed

Your manufacturer's packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I found that I had packed two pairs of pads in a plastic bag, one inner and one outer. The problem is that the two inner pads have the same lateral insert. What to do! Well, with one pad tilted to one side and the other slightly the other side, both pads can be tipped and when the caliper is brought into position to align the bolts, tap the inner pad training edge lightly and then the front edge of the outer pad and they will work just…

Failed Driver Side External Brake Pad

Apparently Revain has defective stock. I read here that someone got the wrong brake pad that didn't fit. I ordered and received the same thing. Three out of four shoes fit. The passenger's outer shoe has a rear mount, although the shoe is at the correct angle. This makes installation impossible. Unfortunately I was 95% done with my brakes before I found out and had to put old pads on and go to a parts store 15 miles away to get the right ones. When you buy them, please check them to make sure…

It's like a car company ad where you drive in 3/4.

The package arrived sealed. Inside were 2 inner driver's side brake pads, 1 outer driver's side brake pad and 1 inner passenger's side brake pad, one outer brake pad with no passenger. Three of the blocks were dated (same date), the other block was undated. It's like a car company ad where you drive 3/4 of the car. 3/4 of the brakes don't work. A new set of brake discs arrived today. I believe the packaging has been opened to ensure the pods are as advertised. All conversion and construction…

NOT pads for Wrangler

Anyone who owns a Jeep TJ knows how bad the brakes are. After many combinations over the years I can tell you these are NOT the type of pads you should be using unless low brake dust is your only goal. Bite? no one. Feel? Not really. You almost have to work with cheap dusty pads to get results. The last time I worked on the brakes I bought cheap rotors and pads from car dealerships (Checkered Flag Shops) and the bite was incredible, but I got a lot of brake dust that turned everything rusty…
