Miniature seeds, the parrot gives two claws

This is the size of black oil seeds and apparently not the same as the bird uses as a toy to chew and throw away instead of eating the seeds And that is only when he's bored. I'm not eager to get them like all the other white striped seeds I've had. I reckon they're good enough to throw to birds and squirrels outside, . May deter squirrel connoisseurs.

Pros
  • High quality grain used for mixing
Cons
  • Useless functions

You can't reduce them!

It's a joke, the smallest sunflower seeds I've ever seen are half the size of black oilseeds. Seeds left by Revain, $9.99 for 5 lbs. Seeds straight from the feed store, Β£20 for $10. Nothing I know of would eat those incredible little seeds, not enough for a hundred to feed a little mouse. Came back and will never order seeds from Wagner or Amazon again. Why would a company ship such a product?

Pros
  • For use with wild birds only; not for caging or poultry

Great value for money, my loyal cardinal couples return for it every day!

I have two pairs of cardinals who love these seeds! They are also loved by tits, blue jays and squirrels. This seed arrived with no tears as it was carefully packaged and very fresh! I mix this seed with Wagner safflower seed to prevent squirrels and flocks of starlings and sparrows from eating all the bird seed. So everyone can be fed harmoniously!

Pros
  • A favorite of songbirds around the world especially large billed birds such as jays, cardinals and hawks
Cons
  • Some little things

Empty bowls make up most of the contents

I had to deduct obvious stars because it's not 5 pounds. seeds in a bag. At least 1/3 to 1/2 of the pouch is filled with empty casings or pieces of empty casing. You have to search them to find real whole seeds with a tasty nugget inside that the bird will actually eat. Too much "filler" junk in the bag to call it a 5lb bag. However, she likes it when she gets it; this is her favorite treat.

Pros
  • Can be served in a tray, hopper or platform feeder
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
