I have to say that this wall heater really does keep out the cold in small to medium sized rooms. I bet that in a small bedroom this heater will really warm up the room. We are glad we read the reviews here and carefully inspected the panels for imperfections on arrival. One of the four panels ordered was returned due to a material defect and the replacement we ordered was fine. .There was a very strong "chemical" smell coming from the plates and the packaging materials/instructions were soaked with it.
