Very good product, I use it every day especially knowing that it was created by a former fighter. Every day I understand that the fight is not a side, but a combination of circle angles and steps.

Carrying bag included. For storage, simply form a figure eight, fold and repeat. It forms a perfect circle and fits perfectly. My family and I develop our own exercises and help me with standing/leg work.

Okay, now I'm 0-2 with these ladders. Both work great on the side that stays down, it refuses to stay flat even when I try to weight the side down for a period of time to see if it ends up lying flat. No luck🤦🏾‍♂️

I saw these speed ladders on Instagram and bought them to work with my teenage son. He loves to. Sometimes it takes a while to lay flat (because it's bent in the pocket), but it can be straightened out. Still 5 stars in my book for price and durability.

I was glad to receive this product but soon got frustrated that I couldn't use it because it didn't lay flat. I put weights around it to hold it up and still be able to do my workout properly without worrying too much about tripping.

What you need to do is the ladder stem doesn't stay flat or it's a hard plastic ring that I stretched it in in a vise, pull out forcefully until the plastic inside breaks, then it will disintegrate so it flattens out, now you can still fold it, a piece of plastic stick may come out but you can put it back in by wrapping it with tape.

All those comments about how it can't stay flat. This is an easy fix and you can do it every time you take it out. To be honest, this has only happened to me once. You just have to be patient. You need to walk along the outer edge of the stairs while straightening and lowering your legs. It's easier with a partner who can do it at the same time as you on the other side, but it's easy to flatten every time you reach him...

Update: While I still like this learning tool, it has one big flaw (mine at least). When I install it, one side doesn't match (see picture). When I step on it, the other side rises. I've tried twisting small pieces of wire but to no avail. Makes this page unusable as it becomes a serious tripping hazard. I had a webbing for about a week and really liked it. This has helped me create some interesting footwork routines that I can't do on a regular agility ladder. I also like its portability…
