Made for happy freshwater snails and a happy aquarium!

The great miracle bowl didn't last long. My freshwater snails had recently laid eggs and I had to feed over 300 baby snails. All are perfectly healthy and happy.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Poor kit

saw results in one day

My mysterious snail shells almost cracked so I bought them and now they look healthier and a week after I put them in I got a little snail. Not sure of quantity, would recommend although I've used a large one in my 10 gallon and am happy with it.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • For seniors

Great for my snail and it even made the water cleaner!

I recently got a mysterious snail and with all my pets it must be pretty spoiled. I have found that almost every aquatic snail care website recommends adding calcium and this Weco Wonder Shell has proven to be the best available. Before I got it I also had issues with the water in my tank being a bit cloudy so I cleaned it two days in a row but it hasn't improved much. I added this bowl to make sure my little snail is getting the calcium she needs and in two days the water in my tank will be…

My snails explode in population.

I breed mysterious snails. And they were a little lethargic (haha!) in the reproductive department. I have a 50 gallon tank and I throw these bad guys in and within a week my snails started laying eggs like gangsters. After 3 months my aquarium is full. I have given snails to my other water friends. Their shells are thick and hard and they grow quickly. A large sink lasts about a month before I need to replace it, but I have very hard water to start with. I'm sure it will dissolve faster if…

This is the best thing in the world!

These things are AMAZING! They purify the water, balance the PH, protect the aquarium walls from algae (for a while, wherever you rub the shell it cleans it and keeps it clean for about 5 days), and it made my snails SUPER active! I had them add calcium to my tank for my apple snails and I could clearly see where their shells were starting to get bigger! My snails slept the entire time until I got this, and then all of a sudden they would come out all the time and start hanging out and…

Goodbye muddy water, great for mystery snails

I use Wonder Clams in all three of my freshwater aquariums. I have a 30 gallon aquarium with two palm sized goldfish, a 20 gallon aquarium with a male betta, a neon tetra and a measles catfish, and a 5 gallon aquarium with a single betta. Each aquarium has an array of apple/mystery snails ranging in size from a pea to the size of a golf ball. I like Wonder Shells because they help keep the water crystal clear, especially in a goldfish tank (goldfish are very dirty and produce a lot of waste). I

STAY OUT OF IT

A few days ago I noticed that one of my Nerit snails was a bit soft on one side. I figured a little calcium would help moderate it. So I made the fatal mistake of buying one of those toxic projectiles for my 30 gallon tank. Little did I know this would be a death sentence for my favorite fish! In just over 24 hours all but 5 of my 25 fish died! One by one they died! Everything in my tank was covered in this white film! I tried to save my fish by moving them out of the tank and into a makeshift…
