Need a new bracket found and ordered this arrived quickly and works great. My old one broke at the clamp loop and caused contact failure.

To be honest, I thought that was nonsense, but I was wrong. They are strong and absolutely durable. They hold the electrode correctly regardless of its size. Definitely worth it.

The welding rod holder eventually came loose and stopped working on my Lincoln Electric Cracker Box. It is easy to install and holds the welding wires very firmly. A quick and inexpensive fix for an old, dependable cracker box.

For the price it's hard to beat and there really isn't anything I don't like about it. The nib is strong, easily lasting from 3/32 to 5/32. I use this on a Miller 215 and have only used it in the shop since moving the pipe tip to my portable welder. I've only burned 20-25 sticks with it, but I can't say anything bad about it.

This is a solidly assembled Stinger. I bought this to replace the original electrode holder on my welder which was plastic, broke and didn't make a very good connection. This machine is 1000 times better. The head and lever are metal so they don't break when I put them on the concrete floor (laughs). The handle is made of durable plastic, which is good too. I bought the 300A version. A good thing! Solid construction, cast brass and forged copper. The kit includes a thick copper gasket for connecting wires and an Allen key. The jaw joint is lubricated. The insulation around the jaws is a durable, heat-resistant material. It grips the bar very tightly, requires manly effort to work. I bought two of these.
