Bought for a project

It comes up to the highest settings, ready to do the trick. No need for a pedal, it feels the material and explodes. Unfortunately I managed to weld the battery tab to my cast iron table saw. Interestingly, it was not possible to weld the battery cable directly to the copper tube. So it seems best to weld materials that don't transfer heat very quickly. Not strong enough for 0.20mm or 15mm strips. OK for 0.10mm.

At first he couldn't even weld the supplied nickel strips. I bent the copper contacts on the ends of the probes to fit the welder snugly, polished the working ends a bit, and used a light touch. 3 and 4 installations were enough, then everything worked perfectly. I replaced some cells in my i8650 e-bike battery. However, it is not suitable for tapes with a thickness of 0.20 or 0.15 mm. He has no power. I have ordered some 0.10mm and am hoping it will look like the one that came with the welder.

Ideal for making small gear cases - conductive metal must be used!

This product is phenomenal for the purposes I use it for. I've been trying to find something similar to join sheet metal together to accommodate gears and it works great. It has nine power levels, giving the tool flexibility in different projects. Caution - the ninth power level can burn a hole in thin sheet metal. Use lower power levels - maybe work with the lowest setting and work your way up until you find a weld that suits your project. I've tried using this on aluminum brass sheet metal…

DAS is much more powerful than the Kerpu device I tested a few days ago.

If you are new to spot welding this machine is for you. I'm also a beginner and just learning how to collect batteries. which ultimately leads you to spot welding. A few days ago I made a review of the Kerpu brand spot welder on Youtube and Revain. THIS unit just wasn't strong enough. However, I was quite surprised by this device. It worked MUCH BETTER!
