Great car, lots of features, good PRICE, works great.

Ok, 3rd edition. The problems with AC welding (aluminum) were a problem with the torch switch, which occurred just as easily in my workshop, and another problem related to my lack of experience with this type of torch. After clearing this up with a friend's helper who makes a living from welding, we wound 80ft of beads on 1/8th stock over a long, long evening and never once succumbed to temptation. To date, after the initial hiccup, about 350 feet (not inches) of board and it's been spotlessโ€ฆ

Great welder and best value you can have

I like comprehensive reviews so here is my post. I am a mechanical engineer with a good understanding of electrical systems. I weld for my work and hobby, TIG, MIG/MAG, Stick. This device is AWESOME and definitely the best value for money you can have. Build quality is similar to Miller and Lincoln but cheaper. Not only for do-it-yourselfers, but also for professional use. Have you ever wondered how nice it is to carry around a car that costs 1/5 miller and if you beat it you can buy 4 moreโ€ฆ

Amazing machine for the price

This is probably the most versatile TIG welder you can buy for this price. You absolutely can't beat this machine for the price AND it comes with a 2 year warranty! Safely assembled, beautifully and carefully packaged, it comes with everything you need to start welding except for the usual consumables. I like the fact that the fans go HIGH as soon as the machine is turned on. Other inverters wait for the fans to turn on once the transistors start pumping heat into their heatsinks. I mean forโ€ฆ

Great value for money but I would rather wait for version 2.0 of this welder.

Great deal but initial quality control and long term reliability are questionable. I bought it about a month ago. Unfortunately the welder I received had several issues and had to be returned to Revain as WELDPRO did not live up to the 2 year warranty. They were very concerned about the fact that he was bought from the Revain WAREHOUSE and not directly from them and didn't want to deal with him at all. From time to time, Revain will offer this welder for $50 less with small marks and tears onโ€ฆ
