WellCycle Project Office Review

I like that it's easy for me as someone who is just getting into project management in general - this makes things very simple! This product has helped my team have more time to focus their efforts towards our projects instead of having them spend so much energy looking up how to use every new feature or application we try out. I like that it's easy to use and the support is excellent. I dislike that the system is not as intuitive as it could be. I also dislike that there are not as many templates as there could be. The customer service is also not the best. They are very slow to respond and don't always have the right answers. I love how easy it is to use, and how flexible it is. We've been able to quickly adapt to our current needs for tracking project status and managing budgets. It also has some great reporting features as well. I wish there was more of an online community/forum to connect with other users. There's not a lot of people in my area that are using this software so I can't really get help from someone who knows the tool better than me.
