It looks strange, but the ergonomics are perfect.

This is a quality tool that is very comfortable to use. It feels great in the hand, and while it looks a little odd, it's perfectly designed. It's hard to explain, but for heavy surgeries that require a lot of strength it's good for a fist grip, and for more delicate surgeries the bulge in the middle fits snugly between the middle and ring fingers. Fit and grip are excellent. The trigger, ratchet and switch are very precise and durable. Fits any standard quarter inch hex bit. Worth every penny!

Quality, solid driver

Excellent driver. Good weight, good balance and smooth ratcheting action. Composite handle: hard plastic + soft rubber. The shape is well contoured for a secure fit. The gear selector switch (silver ring) is made of metal, looks like aluminum. The magnet stop chuck works great and has little play. It must be pulled out to release the bits. Once removed it stays that way, although you can put something inside when it's pulled out or in the locked position. I find this driver works best with 3-4"

Look, you never thought you needed it until you took advantage of it.

You know when you always reach for a drill because it's faster and easier. Well this tool is what I'm doing now. Bits and locks of all kinds can be changed very easily. Reverse and forward functions are flawless. The shape and texture are perfect in the hand, the handle could be a bit bigger, but that's ok. not be perfect. But in no case does it hang out, but moves a little. They also sell a longer extension which I think can be replaced with the short one that comes with the kit, I'm…

There is more to play in this driver than in the playground

Rapidaptor is good. The shaft has a slight wobble that goes into the shift mechanism. So using an extension will also increase the wobble. Some people may want this kink to reach mounts that are more angled. As you turn the screw, the shaft will backlash as it turns, as if there is more play between the gear teeth than is necessary. The shift mechanism is a bit flimsy, I've noticed when I apply torque to the shaft when it's in the locked position and try to shift it to the left side, it won't…

Finally Ratchet Screwdriver with Collet

First I just received this so I don't know about the durability yet. However, I ordered two more. One for the car, one for the boat and one for my tool box. Collet securely locks all standard bits in place. Both with a deep groove at the bottom and with shorter nozzles that only have a tiny notch. Simply slide the bit into place and the collet will snap into place. To remove, pull the bit by pulling on the collet. Holds bits very easily and securely. The ratchet is easy to change and works…

  • Communication with Seller

I like Wera Kraftform handles - extra thick plastic with rubber inserts and intricate shape allow for quick and hard screwdriving, which is not to be expected with the compact size. The directional switch button is solid metal and makes a nice click. The ratchet has 44 teeth and is designed for a torque of 50 Nm (440 in-lbs). The ratchet works as advertised (albeit a bit noisy). The Rapidaptor bit holder is top notch and allows you to turn it into a 'short' bit when used with 1" bits or a…

Robust ratchet screwdriver with bit lock and comfortable grip.

The handle is slightly smaller and thinner than the traditional style but is actually more comfortable in the hand. The ratchet mechanism is smooth and durable. For its medium-sized handle, it's heavier than it looks due to the metal parts inside, which I think speaks for its durability compared to other cheaper plastic ratchet screwdrivers. It comes with standard 1/4" hex bits. No extension bits or adapters were included, just a ratchet handle which worked for me because I already have tons of

Wera fans should ditch the Koolaid

The Wera has more shaft play than my DeWalt Home Depot ratchet and is half the price. And a pretty similar ratchet, grip and overall quality feel. Come on people. Is this your first screwdriver? Also, I have bad news for you: your mental health is certainly not in the best of shape if you are reading this. However, rest easy knowing it's…
