Belts, hoses and pulleys work but are cheap

Fits easily on my Mazda 6, just jack up the engine to get more clearance. It works fine, but at low revs I hear a kind of knocking, the noise only started after installing this tensioner. I know I've got everything tightened up, it's the tensioner that's making that cheap noise.
