Excellent customer service and technical expertise

The support team at wfx has been so helpful, they really have done everything with me that I needed them too do in order get my new system up n running smoothly! They are always available if you need assistance or direction as far their products go which helps immensely when it comes time to make decisions about what's best suited your business' specific situation/needs!! This was an upgrade from our previous version of XEROX GARMENT SOFTWARE (also purchased via IBM) but we were able not only…

I like that it's cloud-based, so all of our information stays in one place instead of scattered across multiple locations and devices! It can be difficult when you have too many people working with your data at once since everything gets stored online without any way for someone who isn't familiar enough w/the system (like me) to navigate through some things efficiently or easily. Excellent ERP Software For E Business

The best part of this software is that it has all the features that are required in any e-commerce platform. It has an integrated payment gateway which makes things easier for online transactions. The integration with other platforms like Shopify, Magento etc. is very good. The UI could be improved as it looks outdated compared to its competitors.
