I will not buy again

Not as cute as shown, ears not pink. I thought it was earthenware. It's ceramic, so it breaks on impact. The bottom of the legs is not glazed so you must seal them or you could scratch the surface you are putting on. Not worth the money in my opinion! Yes it is small but the dimensions are given in the description. If it were earthenware I would be delighted with the product. Then it adjusts the price to match the cost. I would estimate the cost to be around $9.99.

Charming, practical knitting bowl

I was looking for a ceramic knitting bowl instead of a wooden one and this little number caught my eye. The sheep's snout, ruffled wool "fur" and four little legs are whimsical additions to the bowl's main function - to hold yarn as you knit. The wooden bowls I've found aren't usually sanded all the way around the yarn catcher, so the bowl is ceramic. It's a good weight and won't tip over if you have an unruly ball of yarn. I highly recommend this.

A smooth and sturdy knit bowl, big enough for all but the largest skeins or skeins.

This is a very handy yarn storage. It's ceramic heavy enough to be sturdy and stay in place as you pull more yarn, and is glazed smooth so yarn never snags or frays. The top opening is about 4.5 inches in diameter and the bowl is about 4 inches deep. It easily holds a 650 yard top yarn cake. There is plenty of room for a 400 yard ball of socks or finger yarn. This should work well for any weight of yarn where the skein, cake, or skein is about 4" x 4.5" or less. The only feature it doesn't have
