Great for both pre and post sales conversions

The ability to create unique content that is more like an interview than just canned responses, as well as being able see how it converts in realtime with our analytics tools are really great things we've been using this product since launch! I wish there was some way of segmenting data by campaign within each channel so you could drill down into what's working best - but other then maybe having multiple channels or creating your own dashboard plugin? Great tool for improving Customer Engagement

The app has a very simple interface and the customer care support team is very helpful and responsive. The product has been able to help us improve our ROI and customer engagement. We have had a lot of success with the app. The support team has been great and has helped us solve any problems we have had.
