Gets the job done but not the best quality. I've already used up a few of these and expect them to lose even more with speed. It happens. But These aesthetics they hold up well and the color is good I'd be upset if I paid more for them.

This item came with some used wheel nuts. The paint has peeled off and you can see from below that someone screwed it on. Some were gloss black, others matte black. Also in the box were two different types of nuts. By the way, I paid for them because I used a new, NOT opened box.

The paint will chip off when first fitted and will get worse with each use of the socket, it may rust from daily use of the car. The shoulder that touches the rim isn't as wide as the old nuts I replaced, so they go wider and deeper into the aluminum rim on the lugs. Another thing is that they work and look good from a distance.

Be VERY careful when purchasing these. If you make even the slightest mistake when threading, the soft metal threads will be permanently damaged and you will have to throw them away. In my more than 30 years of working with cars, I have never encountered such soft nuts. I contacted the company for a replacement but no one answered. Don't buy, get something better, I'll have to order another set from someone else.
