Installed in 3 hours β—πŸ€¬

I didn't like that it cost me $320 to install yesterday. The rear end got stuck and a flashlight had to be used to heat the metal needle. Total installation time was about 3 hoursβ—πŸ€¬

Pros
  • Package Quantity: 1
Cons
  • Almost OK

INSTALLATION TOOLING REQUIRED

This part is great except it REQUIRES an EXTRA $50 TOOL to remove the bushing. There is no mention in the description and there were no instructions at all on the website along with the product received. This, coupled with the lack of details on installing a subframe bushing since 2012, leads me to believe that Whiteline is not consumer responsive.

Pros
  • Country of Origin: Vietnam
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Mandatory Rack & Pinion Mod

DISCLAIMER: You NEED a Cusco steering rack bushing remover to install them. Buy them together. Turn a 10 hour job into a 10 minute job. Excellent. The steering is noticeably heavier, but still comfortable. The turn is (kinda) even sharper than stock. Feels like a 90's Miata. Minimal increase in NHV. I wouldn't think twice about going on a trip with these devices installed. Feels like it came from the factory.

Pros
  • Item Type: Auto Part
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
