After trying this brand's router bits, it's clear that their reputation as an "industry standard" is unwarranted. This profile (Whiteside 6022) is ideal for Euro-Hinges where you need to be careful not to get caught in the hinge hole when running the profile along the edges of the door. This batch of doors was just under 3/4 inch tall when we did the wide belt sanding. The Euro hinge hole is 35mm, located 1/8" from the edge of the door, with a hole depth of 7/16".
