My analysis of this product showed that the router bits were poorly made and resulted in rough cuts on my woodworking projects. The bits also seemed to wear down quickly, requiring frequent replacements.
What a perfect cutting tool. There were no cracks or jagged edges at the grooves or grooves, and there was no drop-off in the groove. No more sanding or prep work required! Used on a router table. Haven't tried it with a manual router yet.
Good Bit. No manufacturing defects. Sharp, cuts well. No vibration or shock. I used it to mill a groove in a layer and milled an MDF surface. He did both tasks well. The top of the flute was clean (as you would expect from a low cutting edge bit). The underside of the milled MDF section was also very smooth. The chips were removed from the groove without any problems.
Pros
Precisely sharpened for proper balance at high speeds
