Good quality. Although the top bearing does not rotate.

Beautiful lace. But part of the trimmer tip rotates differently than other bits. Obviously it shouldn't be, but it would be better if it were that it doesn't corrode any part of your template. Maybe 1/8 inch is too small for spinning.

Pros
  • Spiral
Cons
  • Big and bulky

- There is a completely different nozzle in the photo - This is a tool with a 1/4 inch shank. It is impossible to tell what the description says at the time of this review and the picture would lead you to believe that the shank and cutting diameter are the same - there is no bearing at the top as in the photo it just has no grooves - I ended up another 10 Spend $ on a 1/8" to 1/4" jack, thinking the picture was correct. $34 is a ridiculous price for this racquet considering it has no bearings.

Pros
  • Power tool
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

WRONG IMAGE Routerbitworld!

Hey Routerbitworld, pull yourself together. I bought a shortened version of this (RFT1600) based on this product's picture (RFTD1600) which incorrectly shows a bearing at the end and a constant diameter between the shank and the cutting face. The actual diameter of the product is reduced and has no tip support. Instead, it just has a flat, flush surface that's 1/8 inch in diameter, which means you'll be friction-firing the jig if it's wood, or sanding it if the jig is metal, like in mine case…

Pros
  • Router Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other models
