My favorite nozzle

Makes a full cut of 3/4" pine and 1/2" and 3/4" plywood. Up and down. Damn better than 1/4" bits in terms of faster feed and not much more material waste compared to 1/4" bits. I prefer vacuuming to sanding.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled

It was good while it lasted.

I was very pleased with this nozzle. I ran it at around 15,000 rpm and 90-110 inches per minute. High quality birch plywood 0.5" and 0.75" At 0.5" I ran full depth. At 0.75" I tied all the way down, but best results were achieved with two passes of 0.375" each In all cases I got a bit of fluffiness around the edge.I tried changing the settings but couldn't get rid of it.A block plane or 80 grit did the trick but it was a little annoying. The screw I used to use held it down and it clicked…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

I use it in my laptop 7539 router 3.25 HP at 19000 rpm. I cut 1/2" and 3/4" hardwood plywood in one pass. I started with a 1/4" Compression twist drill bit, Whiteside UD2102. 2102 cut a lot before it failed (crack in the collet). I wanted to try a larger diameter drill bit to see if I could get a faster feed rate by holding it by hand. This 4122 cuts much easier than the 2102. I can't hold the router steady with either of these attachments and feed it as quickly as a CNC machine, but the 4122…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic
