Rugged design for hauling product and winch

I prefer this one button MFG alternative to the main alternative called Mfg - I have both. It's more expensive, but just more solidly built.

Pros
  • Heavy duty lock
Cons
  • Almost never

Not worth the money

The tongue lock does not require a key. You can put anything in the slot and it will spin. Even with a finger, with enough pressure, the lock will turn. Not very sure. The ball lock cylinder did not rotate once I placed it on the trailer. Been trying to turn back for a while. I had to hit it several times with a hammer to break it and remove it. It would be very bad if I didn't have a hammer, or I would be somewhere far away.

Pros
  • Weatherproof
Cons
  • Not the best

Convenient key, weak drawbar lock

Triple locks for drawbar, drawbar and hitch socket (double pins) are a great combination. But the clutch lock is small and the chrome bar that acts as a locking mechanism isn't as secure as other similar single locks. Compare with the Trimax lock which also fits 3 ball sizes. This item could be upgraded with better clutch lock to make it more attractive. I would not use this hitch lock and had to purchase another lock which seems to offer more security.

Pros
  • Drawbar lock
Cons
  • Long delivery time
