the main function in my network is the transfer of wifi to ethernet. to send the Internet to the back room via copper. Before that there was a Chinese maximum of 30 megabits and was constantly losing the network. this one gives honest 100 megabits on copper. scheme - copper from the provider in archer AX73 (for 2 pairs only 100 megabits) then mesh to this repeater, then copper, then xiami router in access point mode. Everything is still working stable and at maximum speed.

Pros
  • Quick and easy setup, fits well into the tp-link ecosystem

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

I connected Archer AX73 to Tp-link in OneMESH expansion mode - the result is definitely positive. I put the main wi-fi on the edge of the zone - the signal became stable, the speed according to SpeedTest received - 50-60Mb on the phone, before that it was 18-25 Mb, and the provider supplies 95-98Mb. I additionally checked the Ethernet connection to the router, then the connection gave a speed of 90-95 Mb. I checked the connection of the target computer to this expander via Ethernet - it…

Pros
  • As an amplifier - wi-fi zone expander - Not expensive, and reliable, and easy to set up!
Cons
  • Didn't find

There was a problem: in one room I didn’t catch WiFi well, I bought a retroslator of this model and the problem was solved. I did not want to take models with antennas. This model is compact. A fairly simple application that creates additional WiFi networks (2.4 and 5 GHz). I recommend.

There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

Perhaps the problem is present specifically in my device, but I could not figure it out. When contacting technical support [Ticket#10476721], it seems that "help" is aimed at confusing the user as much as possible, inventing more and more new puzzles for the client, in the expectation that sooner or later the person will simply score and resign, in the end After all, the amount is small.

Pros
  • - Impressive increase in Wi-Fi coverage radius - Connection speed in comparison with the main router is not lost at all
Cons
  • - the device is not suitable for those who need a seamless Internet connection (remote work, online games), because there are constant friezes / freezes - technical support

My money wasted, product is terrible.

First impression: I bought it in order to bring the signal from the router to the back room. I plugged it into an outlet, where the signal was rather weak (2 sticks), the repeater caught it, amplified it and distributed it around itself. So that there is only one wifi network in the house, when setting up the repeater, simply name the new network the same as the main network is called. According to the comments - I periodically notice on the phone that when the main network becomes far away, it

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • It may be suitable as a repeater for the main tp-link router, but if the main router is from another company, I highly do not recommend taking it. See the second part of the comment
