Mostly just seeds

I'm not very happy with it, it's 98% seeds, half in shell, half not and occasionally dried cherries. So you basically can't use regular birdhouses because the cherries will get stuck, but other than that it's like paying 10x the regular price for a bag of seeds. Definitely doesn't look like the picture.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Good for small birds only - too expensive

I usually feed Tractor Supply Royal Wing Fruit and Nut, 20 lbs, $19.99 which pleases all types of birds, big and small, the 30 lbs a month wolf down. Due to the inclement weather I was unable to purchase this so I chose the nearest Revain product but no larger birds, woodpeckers, pigeons, cardinals, blue jays and bush jays will feed on this bird seed.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Updates

Oh boy! A chance to spend your hard-earned cash!

Tell me, are you willing to spend money on birdseed that not only birds eat, but also squirrels? Do you enjoy cleaning up the mess of discarded seeds under the feeders over and over again? Do you like big balls clogging up your feeding ports? If so, then this bird seed is for you! Make sure you buy this and buy it often!

  • Brings joy
Cons

Disappointing Best in Food mix

Don't know why it is labeled "FRUITS AND BERRIES" as there is virtually NO fruit or berries in the packaging. These are almost all black sunflower seeds and safflower seeds (and safflower isn't even listed in the ingredients on the website). I even sprinkled seeds over my deck railings and none of them (50+ birds, mostly finches) ate the safflower seeds. Very disappointed as I wanted a real combination of fruits and berries.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model
