Never come back! best accessories for audio and video

Excellent coaxial cable! I will never use the RG-8 again! That is amazing. Always invest in your coaxial cable and antenna. You will not be disappointed!

Get ready to deal with N-type connectors

This was my first exposure to N-type connectors. I had to buy all sorts of adapters. In addition, it boasts excellent SWR and performance!

Nice line as expected

I've never used the LMR-400 so can't compare, but it's easy to use and is similar to other RG-8 types I've used (but with better ones Characteristics). I messed up one of the N connectors and had to replace it. I used PL-259 and it fits perfectly. It's easy enough to remove and work with the shield. It now powers a cell phone antenna/amplifier and maintains a frequency close to 2GHz without the horrendous line loss you get with a smaller cable. High frequencies (400MHz and up) and longโ€ฆ

Durable, well made. Highly Recommended

We have just completed the wiring of our large manufacturing warehouse and offices using the Wilson Electronics cell boost system. We used ultra-low loss cables of various lengths including 100ft, 50ft, 30ft and 2ft. It is very durable and well made. It was easy to connect the main and line amplifiers, as well as external and internal antennas. The installation went smoothly and we now have 5 cell tapes throughout the building. Highly recommended. See also http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009U5โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Wiring and Connections
Cons
  • Hard to say

After several requests for the K1 and K2, they finally admitted that they have an idea because they don't make the cable. Told them if they could give the manufacturer these values I could give them the actual attenuation table and chart to post. .Grilling. Their tables lack mathematical meaning, which defies the laws of physics, oh, and there are several tables with different values, none of which make mathematical sense. I measured the center conductor and it is indeed larger than the Timesโ€ฆ

Wilson Electronics 100-Foot WILSON400

I returned this cable because of the difference in forward and reflected performance at 6m, 2m and 70cm. I felt it couldn't compete with the Times Microwave LMR-400. Instead, I ordered an AIR802 CA400. The same measurements were much, much better. This coax felt like it had a twisted center; however, I cannot confirm that. The AIR802 coaxial cable had a strong center.
