I like how it is able sync all employees for safety/medical info as well has many other things such us FMLA approval etc.. We can have everything under one roof rather than having 3 different systems at our organization! I like the fact that it is easy to use. It is very user friendly. It is very easy to navigate and the training is very helpful. I dislike that you can only have one user in one project at a time. I wish that we could have multiple users in a project. It would be great to have multiple users in a project. I also dislike the fact that you have to have a separate user to do the training. I like that we can access our records from anywhere via mobile devices or computers so there is no need for paper files! The system was easy enought for employees who are not computer savvy but still wanted some benefits out it such as creating their own profile online etc., however they should have made this option more obvious than just showing them how many tabs were available when first logging into website instead of having an entire page dedicated towards explaining everything about what…

The ease with which you can create new users or modify existing ones is great! I also like how easy it was for me as an administrator (and not very tech savvy)to be able change settings without having someone else help out - this has been really helpful when we have had issues that are outside our control but still need fixed quickly!!
