I bought these to replace the plastic zip ties that came with my wooden blinds which had split vertically in half and would not rejoin. They are perfect - dark stained, with a small hole at the top and a large hole at the bottom where you can tie the cord and it won't slip through. I used them for three wooden blinds and six Roman blinds. You are perfect.

My cats have been chewing on the plastic handles that come with the blinds and because they are hollow and bend a little, this encourages cats to bite harder until the plastic breaks or tears apart - not safe for her mouth, obviously. These are great alternate moves. Well made/adjusted and easy to install with a few knots on the cord. A few cat bites made them realize they weren't bending. and now they ignore it.

Easy to attach/tie. Continuous. Cheap easy fix for missing or ugly pens, no idea why we didn't buy them a long time ago. They were used not only as handles to tilt the blinds, but also as lifting handles. Replaces the gaudy triangular plastic rods that came with our blinds that always got tangled.
