The clips do not fit the 2002 BMW X5 exactly, in fact they were missing about an inch from the bottom edge of the window seal. It is annoying to open the door and window to find that the item ordered does not fit.

This product is as described. I just want it to be metal or some stiffer material. Unfortunately nobody makes it out of a more durable material so the fact that there are 4 of them definitely helps. These clips often break. This particular product feels harder than most!

Soft plastic, bends easily, won't hold windows. These clips were the right size and shape and seemed like a good idea as the soft plastic was less likely to crack and break than the hard plastic of the OEM parts I was replacing. The OEM parts lasted 20 years, this replacement only took 20 days before the window popped out and the clips slipped with no window. The brackets didn't break, but they deformed, leaving the window.
