Pretty good for the price.

Well made and a good copy of the original design. Unfortunately the pressure isn't that tight so once fitted we can say it's aftermarket.

False advertising - Parts

False advertising. Not suitable for e46. I would love to go back but it's a pain. The E46 switch is attached to the side of the actual button. They are designed to be inserted into a button and will not fit.

Very slight difference with the OEM version

Although it differs very slightly from the original, hardly anyone will notice. Easy to install and worked great the first time. And now I have three more parts for the price of ONE replacement switch at the dealer.

Suitable for body and trim

Advantages: They look and feel very good like the originals. They are easy to install and 100% fit my 2005 e46 330ci coupe. The bad: the Icon window doesn't light up, the plastic doesn't seem to let the light from the switch through the switch button so you don't really see the Icon window light at night.

Excellent replacement with minor imperfections

Works and while not like the OEM is very difficult to notice. During installation I had to smooth the edges because the button was stuck in the up/down position. It's very smooth and not textured like the OEM. The window logo is not the same. It lets in enough light, and the interior light brightness is about the same as the OEM. I have read other reviews to the contrary; Maybe I have an updated version. Generally satisfied, better than buying a complete derailleur which is around $80.
