I bought this to replace a similar PTO and it is a good replacement. I used a different VOM for accuracy testing and it matched the other VOM in all tests. It arrived as expected and in good condition.

I burned out in a short time as the characters on the jog dial are audible to read and the manual is a small booklet with bare instructions. There was no indication of where the battery or batteries were. (It turns out to be 9 volts and you have to disassemble the meter with 2 screws to replace it or the fuse. There is no spare fuse.)
