It's not easy to find COTTON underwear that don't have elastic/latex around the legs that irritate delicate skin. I am allergic to the elastic/latex/rubber that many manufacturers put in the leg openings of underwear, so I was happy to find these! I would make recommendations to the manufacturer to place a soft seam free panel in the crotch area for comfort and they do need to adjust the cut of the "boy shorts" to accommodate womanly curves and room for the "cheeks" as they don't allow for that
