This kit allows you to add high gain external antennas to many wireless routers that do not normally support removable antennas. Package item include:2pcs 30cm(12inch) pigtail cable. In most cases just open up the router, locate the connectors, connect the leads, and drill out holes in the router's enclosure for the external connector and mount. Ordered several of these to mount Wi-Fi antennas (using a Mini PCIe PCI-X adapter card) internally to the front of a PC case (Fractal Define S). You have done an excellent job.

  • In most cases, simply open up the router, locate the ports, connect the cables, and drill holes in the router's case for an external port and fastener.

Good cable, best used in network antennas

I got one of these when I accidentally disconnected the built-in Wi-Fi cable while assembling my computer damaged on the motherboard. This cable is the same size as the stock cable and works great.

Good Quality Mini PCI-E Cable

I used this PCI-E cable to connect an external port on my XPS 16 laptop . I wanted to add an external WiFi extender, and this PCI-E cable did a great job. I found an open spot to run a PCI-E cable through, drilled a hole in the side of the laptop, screwed in the connector (it comes with a screw nut, routed a wire to the Centrino WiFi card's main antenna and snapped it in a Now I have an external amplifier WiFi and 5 strips compared to what I could barely connect before.

Perfect fit for my drone controller

I had to lengthen the antenna cable for my Hubsan h502e controller to be able to install a new antenna. This extension had the perfect connectors for both the board and the coax antenna. This seems to be a common connector for most drone transmitters and I recommend it for those thinking of expanding the capabilities of their RC models.
