Good Filter "Kit " for KLR650 (2000)

I've used these on my 2000 KLR650 for the past few years and they're a good choice. Original Kawasaki filters are more expensive and come without gaskets (rings). I like to change the o-rings along with the filter every time and this kit comes with them and at a good price!

Pros
  • Filter
Cons
  • Exchange Availability

Wix to win! for filter

His WIX. What more can I say. Super high quality filtration down to the smallest particles and who else offers two o-ring options included with the filter. Easy to install, quality materials and construction, premium performance. I have this on my KLR and will not use any other brands from now on. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • spare parts
Cons
  • some defects

It worked well. Was a replacement for my Kawasaki.

Worked well. Was a replacement for my Kawasaki 220 Bayou and initially felt too long. I had a gap between the cover and the body of about 1/16 inch. After double checking that it was the right product in the right box etc. I pulled the screws out evenly and the gap closed. The filter has thick washers at each end that compress when the cover screws are tightened.

  • Automobile
Cons
  • Almost never
