The filter appeared to be of high quality, quite heavy and came with a decent gasket. , but that was wrong after I got a job and I had to buy it from a local parts store which was of much lower quality and made out of very thin metal.

This filter was listed as the correct filter for my Toyota is from the transmission. I missed the return window by 10 days, now I'm stuck with a useless $30 filter that won't fit in my car.

This filter will fit the 19 bolt sump of the Toyota Tacoma, however the transmission is also available in a 20 bolt sump configuration and this filter will not fit. See images showing the difference between the two options. After receiving a filter that doesn't fit my truck, I recommend going to your local parts store.

Perfect for my 2004 Toyota Sequoia 4.7L 4x4. Has an A340F 4-speed automatic gearbox. The kit included a gasket that I would have preferred to use instead of the Toyota oil pan sealant. Just less messy and a lot easier to get out for the next filter change. I also used genuine T-IV type gear oil. After changing the oil and filter, it took about 6 liters.
