I've had this infuser for a couple of months now and am completely satisfied with it. It is durable, has a very polished appearance, and is large enough for the leaves to open and breathe.

I'm not sure what the person meant by the depth of the infuser because the one I have is about half the size of a regular sized mug. It's deep enough! In fact, I was able to put in enough loose tea to brew 5 cups of tea at once [the infuser is perfect for my teapot]. Excellent strainer, easy to clean and durable.

To be honest, I bought this tea strainer because of its beautiful appearance. I agree with the other rating of A "A". Loose leaf teas like Chinese jasmine and oolong, while not too cheap, usually need "space" to open their leaves to their original size in hot water. So this WMF filter might not be that ideal.
