I love these , I never new snow boots could be so cute! I got green but the color choice was so hard! Very roomy, definitely go a half size down or even full size. I got 7 1/2 I could have got 7 but this is perfect to wear thick socks with so I don’t care at all about that. The only con is even though they have grippy rubbery soles , my foot slipped on the ice a little. I didn’t fall or anything but just be aware you might slip on ice. But for the snow it’s great!

I just wore them for the first time a coulle days ago. They are really comfortable, except for the left boot. It's bothersome around the inside near my ankle. I'm not sure why. This is the third pair of these boots we have bought. The first two were for me and my daughter. This most recent pair was for my daughter in law. My pair has survived almost a years use and are still going strong. I have worn them in snow, ice, and freezing temperatures they keep my feet warm and dry. I purchased these for a winter trip in Yellowstone National Park. I wear an 8-1/2 shoe and ordered a size 9 knowing I would be wearing extra heavy and/or multiple layers of socks. I didn’t widen the laces the first time I wore them and there was a small tear in the seam at the back of the calf. Once I realized what happened, I loosened the laces and no further tears. They did a great job in the snow, no sliding and my feet kept fairly warm given the extreme cold.

I have upgraded my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. When I purchased the boots in Sept I could not testify as to the warmth of the boots. Now that I have worn them in sub zero weather I can truly say that they keep my feet and lower legs extremely warm. A little loose in the heel and the top of the boot. The laces don't criss-cross enough so the material bunched up in between and it's not as attractive as the photo. The main problem is the gap at the top will allow snow in if shoveling deep snow. The sole was not soft so I bought a foam insert. They are warm anc comfy, and look relatively good, but fall short of expectations.

I bought these just before I moved to Alaska and I loved them. They helped keep my legs warm and were pretty decent on the hard packed snow/ice. They are super cute as well! Just make sure that when putting on that you fully untie the laces before you zip them up. I forgot one day and I ripped the zipper off the teeth. I measured my foot with a clothing tape measure. I ordered the size that gave me 1/4 inch extra. room for thick socks. For example, my foot measured approx 9 3/4 inches. Per their size chart, that is an 8.5, but that would have been a very tight fit. Slightly strong rubber smell from the bottoms, but that fades away once it's out of the box.Perfect fit around my ankles, and the placement of the laces make for a secure but comfortable fit around the shin. I just received my boots in the mail, just in time for our second snow storm. The boots fit well, my feet are warm and toasty, and I tried them out on my walk to the mailbox already. They did have a slight odor when they came out of the packaging, as some previous reviews mentioned. My only issue is the description of "knee high." These boots only come half way up my calf. I am only 5'5". I still love them, and the picture was very accurate for the rest of the boot.

These are cute boots and very warm! I get a lot of compliments on them. They do run just slightly small, which I thought would be a problem because in the the winter, you usually wear thick socks to stay warm. However, these are really warm, and you don't need thick socks at all! If I were to order them again, I would probably order a size up just to have a little more wiggle room. But as it is, they don't rub my feet or pinch, so it's ok.
